Shipping Charges
CLICK & COLLECT - For Melbourne customers we offer a pickup option from our Fairfield warehouse.
DELIVERY SERVICE - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR TRANSPORT PRICE  before you buy and we will  send you a quote for shipping. No shipping payment is taken at the time of placing an order, we will quote you before charging.

For international orders, please contact for postage, handling and insurance. All international orders are sent by ship.

Orders are normally processed and sent from our Melbourne base within three working days.

Australian orders are sent by priority post and will normally arrive within 2-4 working days after despatch, depending on delivery location or by courier for bigger items.

International orders are sent by airmail or by shipping to major international centres. Normal delivery time will vary between 7-14 days after despatch, depending on your location.

Customer Service
If you have any problems or would like more information, our Customer Service staff are ready to assist you. You can contact us at:

  • We must be notified within 24 hours of confirmed receipt of the item.
  • Returned items must come back in exactly the same condition they were in when posted.
  • The item must be returned immediately.
  • The returned item must be insured for the full amount. Until I receive the item, you are liable for the cost.

  • We do not refund postage costs or PayPal fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged on any accepted return over $20.
  • Refunds are issued immediately upon receipt of an accepted return in good condition.
  • There are no refunds on items damaged during postage. In that case, must file a claim with the carrier.
  • All cancelled orders have a 20% restocking FEE so please make sure that you want the item before you BUy
